Just leave me hanging like that!?Come on what flavor? Did you have seconds or just one huge bowlfull? Do you wait until it melts a little before you eat it-scrape off the melted parts and eat them first. Did you follow it up with a big mixed drink? I need details so I can eat vicariously through you.

Ice cream is best eaten in one big bowl, slightly melted. Only real ice cream though. Not cheap storebrand subs. My fav is HaganDaz…choc choc chip…at 4$ per pint though, a treat, not a meal
all the albertsons have switched to a new store, and they are doing the hagen dasz for 2.50/pint.
each day, 1 pint of HD Chocolate Peanut Butter, to ensure my intake of protein. not followed by mixed drinks, the ice cream is my way of self medicating when my wife gets on me for being fat. she still hasn’t noticed that every time she talks about it, i gain 2 lbs. whatever.
Thank you guys for catering to my food fantacies. Next would you talk about pizza and french fries.
Ruglayer, I’ll eat cheap or expensive ice cream (or really anything). Probably how I got into this state of fatness.
Is that your wife in the picture?? Look like a very good couple.
John, my wife gave up on me a long time ago. She doesn’t give me a hard time about any poor health decisions I make.
Nice big cheese, mushroom and salsa 6 egg omelette last night, with cheddar, mozza cheese… some perogies with ranch dressing and big slabs of Canadian back bacon. Couple slices of whole wheat toast smothered in crunchy peanut butter and home made strawberry/ rhubarb jam… mmmm… ya like that big boy… ohhh yeah…
If we all showed up at a buffet we’d shut the place down. Thanks for all the food porn.
This week the kids have hockey tryouts. My oldest son made the team we wanted last night. My youngest made his backup plan team and has a tryout tonight for the team he hopes to be on. Sounds silly but its all very stressfull (and to expensive). I’ve been sucking down the wine by the bottle. I’m hoping to be able to workout tomorrow night. Going to try and SSB squat 315x20. Just have to man up and not be a pussy. Pain is my friend.

How are you doing?
Do you calc composition?
Doesn’t look like you’ve lost strength. How’s it feel?
Just low carb. Very basic. No measuring or calculating. I have lost strength but its worth trimming up. I’ve fallen into drinking wine everynight lately. Stopping that tonight.
Haven’t checked in for a couple of days. Good to see you’re hitting it hard (that’s sarcasm btw). I’m still like a little kid when it comes to root beer floats. Basic vanilla and A&W root beer. Congrats to the kids making the hockey teams.

A glass of wine isn’t bad for you. In fact, it can be good for you, depending on the size of the glass :)
Note: A quart is pushing it.
good work on the kids teams- its work for the parents for sure.
I actually had ice cream today- at work.
taping a new show for Emeril and actually got to eat an ice cream sandwhich on choclatechip cookies
thats what you get when you wire up the cullinary’s staff ovens!!!1

Thanks. We’ve been together so long (14yrs), when we argue, we finish each others sentences so we can get it over with quicker
Thanks everyone for stopping in. Very light day at work. Getting in some pushups, chinups and planks. I’m hitting high rep top squats tonight. I hope to have DOMS for the next several days. I may even do some calf work. All the cool guys seem to be doing it these days.

that’s because, like my wife, she has a life insurance policy out on you will a huge payoff. my wife is like -" come on honey… one more stick of butter won’t hurt"
