Standing OHP: 85x8, 105x8, 125x8, 125x6
T bar rows: 135x8, 160x6, 170x7, 170x8
Lat pull downs: 170x8, 3x185x6
Dbell lat raise: 25x8, 30x7, 2x30x6
Rear delt raise: 3x95x8, 95x4
Bent row OH grip: 135x6, 3x155x6
Bent row Rev grip: 136x6, 2x155x6, 155x3
Treadmill interval: 20 minutes
I did the rows as a super set. Didn’t have much in the tank at the start. I guess the Saturday training took more out of me than I realized. Still left the gym hot sweaty and tired. I wonder why I wake up at 5a.m. to train on the weekends at times. I do enjoy the early morning lifting. I’m also afraid if I break the routine I’ll never return! Nothing like a little paranoia to keep a guy motivated…
I had a good complex today. I’m beginning to use the bar for a warm up set. Then I’ll go into the workout set. I guess I need to try for the extra workout set. I am wiped out after 4 sets with 95#'s.
I did notice something on the treadmill. TV isn’t so important now. I’m not obsessing if the outfit the Weather Channel mamma is wearing is a repeat for the week or not. For the first time in my life a watched timer ticks off really really fast!

You have finally become one with the treadmill. You’re in good shape now so the workout doesn’t seem like torture so the time goes by more quickly.
I’d like to think I was at one with the treadmill. I just forgot to add the line, I still hate cardio!
Squats in the Smith: 135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 2x225x5
Dbell pushup ab thing: 35x20, 2x35x15
Inclined pike extension: 3x15
Treadmill interval: 10 minutes
Quick leg workout this morning. I was going to try some split squats or zerchers but was up against a time limit. I may put a couple more ab exercises in, these 2 are kicking my ass, but I can feel the results, especially on bench day.
I have a busy week this week. My daughter has an audition at the local university for the children’s choir they are starting this year.
I have to take my Dad to the state capital for meetings and a sales call (well actually is an ass chewing for sending out some shitty product). The workouts are going to really suffer because of the schedule, but help with the stress!
Way to keep it goin’ J! You never seem to stop. If your blood work numbers didn’t improve enough to suit, up the fish oil for the next year - to 12-18 grams a day.
Squat: 135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 155x8
Ab thingies 40x10, 40x16, 40x14
Incline leg raises: 3 sets 15 reps
It was a nice, quick, workout this morning. I just wanted to hammer something out after not training yesterday. I went to a higher weight on the ab push up things. Something as simple as pointing my toes made the incline pike things really, really seem like work!

Thanks Soldog, I’m afraid to stop honestly. Plus I enjoy it too much to stop. I have been contemplating upping the fish oil. I’m taking 8 Flame Out a day now. (call me a Biotest whore for that shameless plug!)

I dont know about a kitten kmc, but I feel like I have been rode hard and put up wet, or a whipped puppy! But like I tell folks they dont call it workouts becasue its easy!

After all this ball busting work your heart rate, blood pressure and weight must be down. How did your daughter do at the try outs?
BP is about the same, dammit. The heart is lower and I hope I’m on the way to making another drop in body weight Eco. I am in a 36 waist now rather comfortably. That is down from a size 40.
The daughter’s audition was re-scheduled for Saturday morning. She is excited.
Nothing remarkable to report, other than I was so whipped by the 5th set I forgot to do the lunges! I’m a slacker. Treadmill intervals are getting easier at an 8 degree incline. I’m going to up my run speed too.
Going to pick the daughter up from school today. She is excited about coming to the plant and shredding paper. I’m Mr. Mom today. We go to voice, then sewing, and out to dinner. Thank goodness there is no Chucky Cheese Hell near us!

Bet you can get around much better now dropping the waist size. Those squats are looking good.Gotta train the wheels!!! Have a great weekend. Jimmy T
Yep, I do Jimmy. Crawled around in a pressure vessel the other week dammit! I was following our boiler inspector. The only good thing about being bigger that 250#'s was I couldnt fit thru the man hole.
Dammit to hell. I got a call from my Doc. All my levels are elevated. Triglycerides, cholesterol and liver enzymes over the last series of labs. I’m 11 lbs lighter and no real progress. This fucking sucks!
I changed from a dumb bell incline back to a barbell. I’m just not strong enough to wrestle up a big enough dumb bell. 245 went up pretty easy on the bench. That felt good! My bench has really been back sliding. I was a little lazy on the declines. I think I’ll lug some heavier dumb bells around next Saturday. The Smith was occupied for my CGP’s so I went back the the bench. Can’t push as much weight there but I fried the tri’s pretty good.
Off to take the daughter to her audition for the children’s choir at the local university. Then she goes to the Urgent Care. The wife is ill at her AND me. The wife is down in the back and the daughter didn’t endear herself by waking up at 3:45 a.m. with symptoms of a UTI and nerves over the audition. Willie is in the doghouse for sleeping thru it courtesy if Ambien and going to the gym at 5:30 a.m. Oh well! Call me selfish!
