I have been keeping a food log and notice consistantly I am falling short on fats. I am useing flax oil,fish oil capsules to supplement the “good” fats. I am also consistantly short on calories and I think the fat shortage may be the key. Im following a “dont” diet and am in the first week of growth surge II. Obviously carbs are not a issue and Im getting an average of 210 gm. of protein. Anyone with suggestions!
You’re saying you’re having a hard time eating more fat? If you can’t stomach any more flax oil, eat some beef. And peanut butter. Nuts are an excellent source of fats, too. Walnuts have a good omega-3 profile. And fatty fish. There’s lots of fat sources.
