I’m fucking adding you to my friend list bro. I like your damn attitude.

YES! I recently had a question/concept I wanted to discuss online and almost posted it here. But since I didn’t want advice from a bunch of 160 lb know-it-alls that may or may not have stepped foot in a gym at one time, I decided against posting it on this website and instead brought it up on another site.

^bwahaha

Mal FTW.

thanks man, im glad to see someone appreciates my actually trying to put on mass. i also downed 5 dozen raw eggs (in addition to more food of course) in a day because i realized that trying to cut at 170lbs is a fucking stupid idea. id tell you more, but i dont want you getting all flustered haha

BK burgers, power bar and quart of milk PWO, jebus, what does the rest of your nutrition look like, LOL

why not chocolate milk you pansy  j/k

I love my eggs so you just earned more points with me.

…when i say im eating now and then it means a couple times a week ill have 3 in a night which equates to anywhere from 3-9 a week. i also never have them PstWO, i always have a Powerbar and a 1/4 gal. of whole milk which i consume during my 30 min walk home. and just so you know mommy, im not drinking that much, 4 beers gets me pretty drunk, im a lightweight because i rarely drink lol.

From the looks of it, 3-9 in a week compared to the rest of what you eat isn’t too bad. However, I still think that that many burgers isn’t good for you. I’m thinking overall health, not just caloric intake or whatnot. Sure, you might gain mass, and yeah, mass might be good for you, but 9 burgers (quad stackers at that) a week will cause you all sorts of trouble down the road.

And just so you know, smartass, I don’t care how much you drink aside from the fact that you want to gain muscle, and quantities of alcohol in your system prohibits that from happening. What you do in your own time is your own business, and I just figured I’d offer a tidbit of information regarding something you mentioned.

BLT’s. holy shit i love those so much right now. haha i make like 2 sandwhiches out of a package of bacon…ok thats a little exaggerated…but i usually eat close to the whole package in one sitting, when its the bacon alone, it generally always is the whole package.

other than that…i ate two packages of those Lipton stovetop rice things today.

i eat tuna+mayo as a last resort. like right after food shopping its great theres so much food, but then on like Thursday morning its down to my last resort foods: eggs, milk, tuna. because if theres none at the house i can just buy them from the corner store.

for post workout i eat before i leave my house then i go walk down to the T-station, take a bus to the gym, go into a foodstore first and buy a powerbar to eat, i walk into the gym eating it and as soon as im done with it i start lifting.

you guys should try this shit out…maybe you wont weigh 160 lbs =-D haha

but seriously i think nothing can compare to the almighty BK quad stacker. unless they made one out of grass fed meat…like a buffalo burger or something.

***Edit: dude, i know drinking prevents and interferes with muscle synthesis. i can let myself drink too much because i get shit scared like i did all my lifting for nothing. i never drink til i get a hangover or blackout. 4 maybe 5 if its a lot of beerpong but my interest is more on getting girls drunk than myself =)

I will not lie, back when I ate fast food, quad stackers were amazing. It was a tradition of my friend and I to eat them whenever we hang out…we ended up eating them a lot. Word of advice: don’t eat them during a track meet, that really sucks. The ultimate meal from BK is 1 Quad Stacker, 1 King-sized Fry, and 1 King-sized Chocolate Milkshake. Those were almost the days…

And about the drinking…aight, I didn’t know if you knew or not, I was just offering a little “helping hand.” Beer pong is sweet, but parties are always better if the girls get drunk, I agree. By the looks of it, you got that down pat.

Me and my buddy did quad stackers+onion rings.

KFC we get a family meal for like $20 with popcorn chicken, chicken strips, boneless wings, fries, mashed tatoes, mac n cheese.

Fuck off you haters we were stronger than everyone we were around.

I’m not fat anymore though.

I fully plan on doing something like that when I see him over summer though.

It doesn’t kill anybody to do it occasionally.

From what I’m hearing from many, you are not alone. I wouldn’t even discuss much about the “bodybuilding lifestyle” here because too many are completely clueless. Anytime you have some idiot post pictures of JoJo Ntiforo and call him “an obese lowlife” because he may be all of 12% body fat, you know too many here have lost focus.

No one would have even thought about creating a thread like that when this site first went up. now, that seems to be the majority.

If this site wants to keep any edge at all, it should at least attempt to cater to some of the people who don’t think 15" arms are an accomplishment.

I am tired of “don’t drink OJ, it’s just sugar water” and “eeeww, why would anyone want to look like that?” when discussing Flex Wheeler.

I feel like this site is being maintained at a middleschool sometimes.

Yeah, I might do my little tradition when I see my friend, too. It depends on how my diet is then. It sure is a fun meal, aside from all the consequences.

Not at all.

my limit in HS was a double cheeseburger, fries, and large chocolate shake.

I will say BK is the best fast food place, even their breakfast sandwiches are amazing

What are the consequences of one meal?

What are the consequences of even 30 meals in a month out of a possible 180?

I really want to know if there is anyone who holds that position who would actually impress anyone with their development.

Well, the consequences of the meal would be that my stomach adversely reacts to the incredibly high amounts of grease and fat, which leads to me feeling sick and just plain not well while it gets digested (and a slight bit after).

Also, the consequences of 30 out of a possible 180 shouldn’t be too bad, but like I said, I’m stressing overall health. In eating 1 quad stacker, you consume 64g of protein (but 70g of fat), 1800mg of sodium, and 210mg of cholesterol. That’s all in one burger. If you eat 3 of those in one night like Live said he plans on doing, there’s going to be problems. That’s a TON of cholesterol and fat to consume and digest on a regular basis, let alone in one night. Sure, the protein count is high, but that’s only a fraction of the equation.

Like I said earlier, I’m stressing overall health. 3 burgers in one night or 9 over the course of a week might taste good and put on tons of mass, but it also takes a toll on your body. So, yeah, the mass is all fine and dandy, but at what price?

Here you go…lol.

This book is actually pretty good for certain places. Its not a diet manual by any means but it does help when you go out to eat with friends. You’d be surprised how many seemingly “healthy” items on the menu are actually the worst things to eat.

that book is a gimmick and a joke IMO.

it’s like saying, don’t eat this pile of shit, eat this pile of crap.

most of the people that would buy that book would do best by staying away from the majority of the places in the book.

Thats true but I think the idea behind the book was to provide an diet plan for more to shed light on whats really in the “healthy” fast foods.

Plus is a nice resource to have if you ARE going to occasionally eat out but want to know where you can get the most protein of cut a few calories here and there.

The book doesn’t claim its a diet plan and anyone who deems it as such is just a fat person in denial.

ive heard on this site…or maybe it was my AD book? that CHL doesnt even matter unless youre fat in the first place. so im really not all that concerned with it. theres so many things people are overly worried and concerned with when theres constant scientific debate about it. theres people who say too much protein will cause kidney failure…and some jackass even told me that all the milk i drink is going to cause kidney stones…while he sips a mountain dew…ok. im just going to keep doing what produces results, id rather die of a heart attack weighing 210lbs of muscle then weighing 210lbs of fat.
i think all this research is bullshit, you never know who has their hand in the pot to fund it anyway. so just live your life and do what makes sense to you.
