If you live in Texas, you can go to Whataburger. They have real food. Everything they have is 100% grade A. They have chicken breast sandwiches, chickenbreast salads. And chicken fajita tacos. Another one of my favorites is Taco Bell. I am notorious for two tacos and a bean burrito. Perfect for the bulking phase.
The worst food poisoning I ever got came from a Whataburger double bacon cheeseburger. Not saying such occurrences are likely, but this was 4 years ago and I still can’t even look at a Whataburger without cringing.
just grab a loaf of brown bread and some sandwhich ham/ turkey/ chicken from a deli and make some sandwhiches. its cheaper than most fast food joints

Same situation here…i get the “look” for my p+f or p+c
meals.I have to admit some times i find it hard since i have to looking at “junk food” all day long and at the moment i work in the cake section.I have to make and organaize my meals at night for the next day, to be able to deal with it,but it can be done ![]()
one or two big macs - you can’t beat them for taste and one meal isn’t gonna turn you into michelin man overnight. as long as you watch overall calories burgers are cool.
Just keep a portable hibachi grill in your car. You’re bound to drive by some roadkill sooner or later… No, seriously, Wendy’s has a good chicken sandwich and you can order it without mayo.
Gas Station I always go for the milk, water, and beef jerky.
Subway I love the chicken sandwich loaded with everything when I am working on size and the chicken salad when I am cutting…
Any hamburger joint I just eat the hamburger and throw away the buns and maybe have a side salad with it.
KFC I get the originial recipe chicken breast and throw away the skin.
There are many others if there is a vegetable there I eat it and I find a meat and eat it as well. The bread unless it is whole wheat I throw it away.
