There you said it, drug forum. That’s what the name T Nation sounds like, a drug forum! If it wasn’t for Darden being on here you wouldn’t catch me on here in a million years!
You seem to feel the need to make this point very regularly. Feels like you made your mind up about T-Nation long before you got here and refuse to engage in any way that would possibly change your perception. Most of us here are ‘clean’, some chose to use to further their goals which is their prerogative. The vast majority of us are here because we enjoy training and talking with other people who do. I think you’d find you have a lot in common with most of us and have a lot of valuable information and experience to contribute. The Pharma forum is specifically its own place so those topics and threads DON’T show up everywhere, and you don’t need to engage with them, or even see them (they are right at the bottom, just stop scrolling).
I just walk up and ask: “Are you working here or just using this as a place to sit down?” Half the time, they get up. If they don’t I ask if I can work in. Easy Peasy.
I do agree with you wholeheartedly that Phone Addiction is one of the the worst crises around. I spend way more time driving than at the gym, so that’s where I really go apeshit about people checking their cellies and not looking at the road!!
Tried the Plazma and really like it … though I’m also adding my usual l-arginine to it as well . Just received my second bag. I do it a little different though … use only 500 mls water and one scoop of Plasma before training . No way could not drink another 500 pls of anything during my workouts, I’d feel too bloated and would probably puke.
My question is since citruline is the only thing listed as the difference between Plazma and Mag-10, why even bother with the Mag 10 ? And if citruline is the only difference why would the Mag-10 still be out of stock when Plazma was never in short supply ? What am I missing ?
I don’t get the mid-workout drink either. With a 15 to 20-min workout, what’s the point? I make my drink and do about 1/4-1/3 of it before the workout and the rest after.
Theres some posts on the differences in the Biotest supplements forum. I also was wondering the difference. Seems to be Plazma pre and intra. Mag-10 post, and also for protein pulsing during the day

I struggled with my stomach at first with it, but at this point, I would feel strange without the intra workout! It definitely seems to be good fuel for getting through the workout with full energy! I’m sorry, but I enjoy my shakes lol
Any of you tried the Indigo-3G?
Great point. Dan John also notes that the expected average lifespan of an older person after a fall (usually due to reduced muscle and mobility) is a few years, which is a lot shorter than longevity after cancer diagnosis.
I say rock on and die tryin’
That’s definitely not the only difference. Plazma has citrulline and betaine, Mag-10 has neither. The also have very different ratios of protein and carbs, as well as a different amount of the electrolyte formula.
Redundant. Citrulline is a precursor to arginine (and actually more effective than taking it on its own), so you’re not getting any added benefit. The rule of thumb with Plazma is that there’s no reason to add anything to it, other than creatine if desired, because it was specifically formulated to stand on its own.
Pretty much, yep. Plazma is ideal for weight training, Mag-10 is better for post-workout recovery, cardio sessions, and/or protein pulses. Again, because of the several differences, each formula is best suited to its own role.
I agree that the “modern bodybuilding lifestyle” probably does not contribute to longevity but if you look at what used to be called “physical culture”, (Jack Lalanne comes to mind) that may be a lifespan contributor. There are several studies that show sarcopenia as a marker of aging/mortality. If you can keep some muscle and strength, all things considered, you are going to better off. So build muscle safely while you can!

I still haven’t been a able to purchase Mag-10. Any idea about where to purchase it?
The black market probably. Be prepared to be put on a watchlist
