I’m going to start training my core / abs separately again today, I think it might help me as the weights go up further. When you say “leg raises - BW + 100lbs”, do you mean you have 100lbs strapped to your feet? That’s serious weight, I need to up my game!

I highly recommend core/ abs having their own day that way their fatigue is not a limiting factor on your big lifts. And yeah I strap the 100lbs in a sack to my feet with a piece of chain. Its not a perfect strict leg raise though more of a semi leg raise/ knees to chest / crunch movement. Also its great for spinal decompression! Thanks for stopping in :slight_smile:

Ok today me and gravity got into a scuffle today he f*cked up my back some more but still gave a good accounting of myself lol.

1x830lb-got it but hurt like hell,sharp pain in upper-low back
1x3-730lb-felt great had high hopes
