Well…Iv’e never been seen in the same room as Batman but Im not saying Im batman :wink:
Im not gonna down play it they are brutal, but they’ve been a very positive addition to my routine. Im getting better at “expressing” my explosiveness, Ive felt huge benefits in my deadlift from better hip usage.Thanks for stopping in!!
