Am Workout
5 Rounds-
Battle Ropes*-30 sec work then move to-
-Stationary Bike*-60 sec work, then start over

Pm Workout

7 rounds heavy bag- 30 sec on, 30 sec rest
7 rounds shadow boxing- 60 sec on, 30 sec rest
5 rounds- 60 sec rest between rounds
8 “indian mace” spear stab and slash @60lb (used a barbell)
8 “indian club” pullover/chops @30lb
10 “indian club” swings per arm @ 15lb

*For battle ropes I took a piece of 1/2 inch insulated copper wire we had lying around, I’m guessing the whole thing weighed 50lbs give or take, it made me want to just lie down and die sooooo I guess it worked like a charm lol. For the stationary bike, I just took a regular bike put it up on jacks and peddled, granted it does not have a resistance but on a scale of 1-10 on effort put into peddling I’d say I was giving it around 5.5-6.

that’s my favorite kind of workout. The kind where you lay on the ground and heave for breath. Then, “ask more, please.”

Finisher: Battle ropes-30 sec work, 30 sec rest-5 rounds

notes: After todays finisher I seriously thought I was gonna puke, but a few hours later I feel great tired but fresh if that makes sense.
Due in part to a few other variables and a few family members negative comments and reading Dr John Rusin’s article that was posted the other day, I decided to throw in finishers , I’M GONNA GET STRONGER AND RIPPED! SO KEEP HATING HATERS! YOUR NEGATIVITY JUST FUELS ME!!! (I feel better now lol)

I would love to see how you rigged a 270lb kettlebell!

Also, you are definitely approaching Sabretooth levels of strength!

My first trip into this log. It won’t be the last. Great stuff, what a work ethic.

I also want to see the rig of a 270 pound kettlebell. VIDEO OR IT DIDN’T HAPPEN, brah.

(I kid)
