Family Guy

I never got into it. I don’t see how people can compare it to the Simpsons in terms of jokes or entertainment. It’s similiar in that it’s an animated show about a family and weird stuff happens. Speaking of shows people don’t get. Does anyone watch Cheap Seats? I doubt it will be around long and I wonder if it’s because people don’t get it. I think the target audience of sports fans who liked MST3K would be a little limited. None the less, I think it’s hilarious.[/quote]

The simpsons hasn’t been good for many, many seasons. I watched a recent one and was shocked at how bad it was. I mean, I knew it would be bad, but the level of unfunny was off the chart. (Although seasons four and five were ridiculously good). I also watch cheap seats, it’s been around for a few years, so I don’t see why it is going to be axed immediately.

And anyone who complains about the plot of simpsons on a family guy thread is an idiot. I mean, I like family guy, but half of each episode is just random shit like imagination sequences and such.

And if one more person says “it’s the aha video” I’m going to punch someone in the face. Read the posts!

AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! AH! HEY! Hey! hey! hey. hey…stop it…stop it. okay.

okay.

all right.

I agree Family Guy is the only thing on TV that I watch other than sports,I’d have to say my three favorite episodes are…

To Live and Die in Dixie. The one where they go into the witness protection program. The old guy who is waiting for the paper kills me.

The other two are Thin White Line and Brian goes to Hollywood, the ones where Brian becomes a coke addict and then moves to LA to direct porn.

The great thing about it is that the series actually gets better…I think of all the seasons thus far #3 is the best.

Also the first episode of the 4th season is classic,PASSION OF THE CHRIST 2!

Good news. I found a video online of the puking scene when they all drank the epicac.

Also, on the sidebar there’s a “most searched for” video catagory. Click on Rocket Man. It has the full version of William Shatner’s performance and then follows with Stewie’s.

When I first saw Stewie doing it I had no idea he was imitating Shatner and I had never heard of that song. So it seemed pretty damn esoteric to me lol.

Esoteric?

I think it means delicious.

“Lois, Who’s the Boss is not a food…”

Who wants chowder?

“Glenn, honey? I have a question for you. What is it you do for a living?”

“I have a question for you: Why are you still here?”

the regular ring on my cell says: “forecast for tommorrow: a few sprinkles of genius with a chance of doom”- stewie

One of my personal favorites:

“Lifetime; Television for idiots.”

That page has a few full episodes.

OK…time to dig this thread up again. Sorry, but I watched “The Thin White Line” last night.

Rehab clinic nurse (to Brian): “You have a pre-existing relationship with this degenerate?”

Peter: “Oh yeah? Well YOU are a festizio! See? I can make up words too!”

Stewie: "Look at him. He runs like a Welshman, doesn’t he? Doesn’t he run like a Welshman?

Peter’s inquiry to Lois after he stole her “The King and I” play…

“were you in there when I farted?”

Joe has to be my favorite ancillary character with Quagmire running a close second.

“Les DO IT!!!”

They are really stepping up the Megan bashing as well, which is hilarious in my opinion. The boat race on this most previous episode when they had to get rid of some weight in order to win and Peter’s subsequent tossing of Megan off of the tub had me crying… Too funny.

Joe and Peter are talking about competition between father and son.

Joe: Face it. Sooner or later, you’re gonna have to pass the torch. I remember the first time Kevin beat me. I was so proud of him. I gave him a little congratulatory punch on the arm.
And then another.
Then everything got a little hazy.
Kevin went to live with a foster family for a while. Anyway, it’s inevitable.
Peter: Don’t feel bad, Joe. I think I know why your son beat you. Apparently, you’re a 12 year-old prepubescent girl. Which is good, because I finally have someone to give this training bra to.
Here you go, Josephina. Does that feel good on your new budding bosoms?
“It sure does, Mister…”
Joe: Get the hell off of me!

Has anyone seen the Cheap Seats where they are watching some old weightlifting competition?

I think they are doing the clean and jerk and the first dude can’t lift the weight. He drops it on himself and really fucks himself up. A bunch of guys come out and just pick him up by his arms and fucked up leg and haul him off stage. No stretcher or anything.

Ken Patera is up next and he misses the lift and gets hurt too. This time they come out with a little roll away cot, pick him up, put him on the cot and haul him away.

I laughed so hard I thought I was going to piss my pants. I woke up the wife and kids.

I just watched Family Guy Movie: Stewie Griffin the untold story. Two months before its realease haha, its hilarious. I recomend it.

Where in holy hell did you get it?
