I recently started back on TRT after being off for almost a year for me and my wife to get pregnant. So I decided to just use my family doctor for TRT for convenience purposes but after a month in I suddenly have real weak erections and never had that problem? She has me on 100 ml a week , when I was on before I took 180-200 a week and sometimes 380 every two weeks . Anyone have any clue what might have caused this
Need labs, probably not enough Test though. And you mean 100mg a week, not 100ml. (i am assuming…)

Yes 100 mg my bad and yea my shbg is high like right around 50
Free test needs to be checked, but with that high of a SHBG, i bet its low. Had my own struggles with high SHBG, which is what put me on TRT in the first place. was about 60 when i started. 100mg did almost nothing for me.
Yep I’ve come to the conclusion that that’s probably the issue I remember when I first started a long time ago he kept having to up my dosage to get my free T up because the shbg was eating all my available up . But I’m still curious about the weak erections and low libido because even before I got back on trt my total was 320 and free was low as well and had great libido and good erections

It could be that the new 100mg dose is keeping your total/free even lower than when you were natural, possible, but i am not sure how likely, again, labs… The other stuff… Age… Metabolic health, exercise? You got that stuff under control?
34 , good shape and exercise regularly! Good diet too
get free test and estrogen checked. DHT is another one you might look into
