Was on TRT for 8 years I’m currently 34 good shape initially started Test level was 320 and a low free T , come off to let my sperm count come back for us to have a child and it worked so I just recently started back but my family doctor has put me on a shot of test cyp 100 per week , and when I was going to low T center I was more than doubling that in a week . After three weeks on the 100 I felt good , great libido and all of a sudden it’s gone , any advice would be great!

Where were your numbers before you went back on? How did you fell then?
I would ride this out for a few months to let everything stabilize. At 4 weeks you have not reached full blood saturation yet. Once that happens you still need time for your body to adjust to it’s new setpoint.
I’m 5’9 190 and weird but my labs were identical to when I first went on TRT 8 years ago , same everything !TT was 320 estr was 15 shbg was 41
What I’m basically getting at is this family doctor is gonna wanna keep me low with minimal labs I’m guessing and before I went to a clinic where I was on 1.5 cc a week and now I’m on .5 so I’m wondering about labs estrogen blockers this and that
What was the concentration? Usually 200mg/ml. If that’s the case you were on cycle not TRT. What were your numbers at that dose?
I was on that much for 8 years and it was between 300 and 350 mg/ml a week
They said I took more than normal cause of how high my shbg was , and at a low does of 100 ml a week . Would that even raise your estrogen?
For most it would be a negligible amount.
