I’ve noticed that keeping sodium levels low(someone mentioned it) and also avoiding hydrogenated/similar oils plays a role in this “chipmunk” face pain in the ass. You’re best bet is to utilize the cardio techniques designed by bodybuilders and other physical training specialties(Army/Navy, MMA, Boxing) to reduce fat pounds, and eventually lean out to where you want to be.
Chew on a tire for 45 minutes every other day and do what ucallthatbass said on your off days and you will look like Michael Jackson in no time.
It is quite simple. Eat less, train more. Problem solved.
My uncle who was naturally extremely skinny most of his life, and very tall, got into lifting a couple of years ago, put on a lot of mass (and stayed lean) looked spectacular, especially for his age of 60ish. He stopped lifting for reasons I’m not sure and has lost some mass but the end result is his face is REALLY fat now, even though his body fat isn’t that bad, but it is such a difference especially compared to the skinny guy face he’s always had.
Not that that helps anyone, but I thought I’d share that facial bodyfat story! ![]()

So you missed all the responses on the first page?
As mentioned previously, it’s a bodyfat thing. And it’s also genetics, as some won’t have to get quite as lean as others will in order to lose it all.
