BTW OP dunno if you’re joking or not, but don’t fight him. The guys suggesting that were either a)sayhing i tongue in cheek, or b)Flexing their e-muscles and wouldn’t do it for real.
You have too much to lose [I hope] and nothing to gain from fighting him. This ain’t a movie, dawg. Another fight won’t end things a lot of the time. His friends, the cops, someone will get you. Let it go, and stop egging him on too. I assure you no one here is all that impressed-- if anything this whole thread makes you look immature. Let the beef and the thread die.
No offense either, you seem like a good dude overall. Just giving honest advice.
Agreed. Plus, I’m not too hip on Canuck law but the whole
He throws the first punch-I get to have some fun and prolong the end of the fight and then when someone says I used ‘unnecessary force’ I can claim defense.
probably doesn’t hold up as well in the real world as it does in the head of someone who has never had any charges pressed against them… particularly if that individual goads and harasses the other dude into throwing the first punch and then videotapes himself “prolonging” his “self-defense”.
The initial fight was two years ago. The OP is 21 now. It is time for him to fucking grow up and get some real priorities that show him how messed it is to hold a grudge for so long.
Honestly, what is there to make those of us who don’t know either of them NOT want the other kid to break his cast off on the OP’s nose?
Hell, I’ve already got, “Well, he sure as shit had that coming to him” on ctrl+v in anticipation for that exact outcome. Talk about the “lulz” THAT would give us.
Stan’s Dad; you make very good points. A GRUDGE IS LIKE A GRENADE
You hold a grudge like a grenade, waiting for the right chance to through it back at them. The sad thing is that it might explode before you get the chance to throw it. So learn to let grudges go immediately after whooping ass.
