Follow the supplement recommendations in here (Insulinomics, Fenuplex, and the fish oil at least). I used Insulinomics and Fenuplex the last time I dieted at half the Insulinomics dosage CT used, and I saw more results in my love-handle area over the course of the diet than I did on the V-Diet.
Works really well. Insulinomics is pretty expensive, but it’s worth it. Good luck.
Can I buy it at the vitamin shor or gmc.( not of fan of online) And are there specific brands…

Insulinomics and Fenuplex are Poliquin brands. They are only available on his site or maybe at one of his centers.

Your not the first to tell me that. I guess shake a just easier and faster to take.
Dude, just realize that it is important to get SOMETHING in you after training and that is way more important than specifically what it is. You won’t always have access to that perfect shake or those chicken breasts.
You also have to realize that the most successful people, in any facet of life, aren’t the ones that take the easier and faster route like you mentioned.
I meant shakes are less time consuming. I always prefferred a real meal over a shake any day. but sometime i just dont have time to go cook and get ready for work, school, etc… But I understand what your saying!
