After years of improper training technique and discipline, as well as nutritional regime, this is where and when I’ve finally decided to take training seriously.
As well, in hopes to further improve myself I welcome and appreciate all criticisms, advice/s, and/or support to my training.
Guillotine press: 95 lb x 15, 115 lb X 8, 125 lb x 5, 130 x 5 x 3sets
Drop set - incline DB press: 55 lb x 6/40 lb x 5, 55 lb X 6/40 lb X 5,
55 lb X 5/40 lb X 5
Super set - peck deck/BW dip: 115 lb x 6/6, 130 lb x 5/6, 130 lb x 4/4
Despite the controversy surrounding the guillotine press in regards to shoulder safety, I find that if I use a lighter weight than normal benching, it hits my upper chest region quite well.
Also I hope to improve every week with one additional rep per set, as well as adding 5 pounds bi-weekly to most of my bench press exercises.
