The magic of marketing - it just looks amazingly effective as the guy using it has excellent calves himself. If HE uses it… well…
It doesnt increase ROM by any noticeable degree, it doesn’t look to be any more ergonomic than something static, the resistance is variable as always… i cannot see one reason it would be of any better use than a step made of wood/glass/plastic/metal.

A while ago, some asswipe on Amazon was selling a calf block… A FRIGGIN’ BLOCK OF WOOD… for something like $145. The accompanying text was pure hype.

I think my scathing review ruined its marketability!
