I dropped a siginificant ammount of weight and cant seem to get rid of this extra skin around the area of my belly button and love handles, even on my bicep near my elbow. To be honest its fucking pissing me off because I bust my ass in the gym and my nutrition is for the most part in line yet I cant get a 6 pack and My love handles just hang there.
I currently am about 5’10 185 lbs and 18 years of age. A friend of mine has been telling me to “grow into the skin,” which would require me to bulk. Would that make it less noticeable? If not what could I do to make it go away?
I’m gonna post pics in a second. Well I was 240 pounds and ate like complete shit. Im talking waffles, syrup, french fries, everything deep fried, you get the idea. I cut down to 170 and lost a great deal of muscle cause i dieted poorly and than when i started eating right again i went up to 190.
Yeah, you still have some fat to loose there but the good news is that your age is on your side. More then likely the skin may tighten up on it’s own after you loose the fat.
