Extended 5/3/1 Schemes

Hi Jim, just wondering what you think of some of the schemes laid out here by Chad Wesley Smith.

Thanks.

I never saw any - I don’t read much on training. We are pretty sheltered here and really only experiment on those that train here or people I personally help out. I have found that ALWAYS works better. Everyday I do three things: read, write and train - and because I have a vested interest in my own training and those close to me, this is where the passion and ideas come from. Note: “reading” = reading fiction books, not training.

Thanks for the response Jim. I had posted a link but it was removed. If you do a google search of “extended 5/3/1 schemes” it should be the first result for you, if you want to, or would look at it.

Good point in the last 2 sentences.
