I have a load of old crea-pure creatine from prolab that I have horded from back in the day when I used their whey. All the bottles are past their expiry date. I was wondering if this is really that important for a powdered supplement. I mean, I doubt if it would “go bad” or spontaneously break down into creatinine. Are they OK to use? Furthermore, is the best before date really meaningful for other pill/powder supplements?
I would chuck it. 20 bucks will get you a years worth of creatine.
