I have been curious lately and noticed that i havnt seen an improvement in anything while using my ON whey. I currently only take ON whey, multi and fish oil caps.
I take my whey+water upon waking then workout, along with my multi. The fish oil is a 1 pill a day and i take it before bed. I am almost out of my whey and am not going to get anymore and see what happens if i continue with my daily routine and training without any whey protein.
Im not sure what will happen but i am willing to try. I believe i will do just fine since my overall daily diet is good.
I have no real reason for doing this other than curiousity, what do you think the results will be?
I dont lift heavy, just lighter weight and alot of bodyweight/boxing exercises 6x a week.
Any opinions on this? I will only have my 1 a day multi and fish oil and nothing that could be supps, i dont really count 1 multi/fish cap a day to be supps.
