Hi. I just discovered that the new Metabolic Drive is delicious. I didn’t like it years ago, but now it is amazing!
So…I have been having 1-3 shakes a day (cals everything else the same). In them I use:
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
1 oz. torani sf syrup
3 oz. almond milk
xanthan gum
water
ice
I have been SO soft though and my bf measures were up today.
Has anyone found shakes problematic for body comp? I’d hate to give them up…they SEEM healthy? Maybe is the problem that I add SF syrup?
