Hey t-people,
Am looking for those who have experience this type of injury to share their experience, ie rehab, time to heal, exercises done while out, supp’s taken to minimize muscle loss, etc. THanx!
never had a lat/pec injury, have had a rotator injury, i took bm’s advise to take full rotation bench/presses out of my routine for a while, and it has worked, ive been sticking to limited range of motion (2/3 board and lockouts) and have had no rotator cuff soreness… meanwhile im rehabbing it on leg days.
