Deadlifts, without a doubt the one exercise I love going to the gym for. Typically rep in the 4 range and have started doing two week bursts on singles recently. Only limited by your mentality and self belief (or lack of) in my opinion, once you understand that your self imposed max is not really your actual true max the weight just goes up and up (I got stuck in this mentality for a few months and plateaued before seeing what others were achieving on this site).
Dumbell Bent Over Rows, these seem to hit my back right through to the midline far more effectively than the barbell version does. With a bit of ‘reasonable’ body language these are the most effective exercise for my mid back and give a much better muscle contraction.
Hack Squats, just a cool as hell old school exercise that I used to love. Having just changed gyms recently that happens to have a quality Hack Squat Machine I have got to rediscover this little gem of an exercise all over again. To me it is easy on the joints, hard on the quads and just a killer mentally.
Back Squats, Snatch, Front Squats, Over head press, Overhead Squats, Clean and Jerk…umm…squats
honestly…I think I might just die from lack of squatting one day…
no exercise has added as much mass to my body as squats have. they feel great, they make you strong and God most definitely squats everyday…at least twice, because he’s a God and can do that, and they’re all heavy singles and he PRs every rep.
I like bulgarian split squats, and was surprised that no one has mentioned them.
You get some weird looks in the gym when you squat with one leg, but its an amazing feeling, and they really help with both leg development, and increasing your squat max

LOL
back on topic, I had no gym access for a few weeks this past summer and finally stumbled upon the magic that is single-leg squats. Or Bulgarian split squats or whatever you call em, my body seems to enjoy them.
After a few weeks of getting the form/balance down and being able to actually load up on it, I’ve been jumping around the hoopcourt like I’m 16 again.
EDIT - just like the poster above. So call it two straight votes, for whatever thats worth
Chest supported T-bar rows. I have a messed up (about an inch shorter than the other) leg from a car accident, which makes any variation of barbell rows a real bad exercise for my back, so these are a real life (or mid-upper back) saver for me
