Interesting website OG. Lotto good info there.
In my last session with chains doing squats, I set them up wrong and commenced doing squats. Never noticed they never touched the ground. Somebody pointed it out to me when I finished. Duhhhh…
Refresh Day
20 min tmill
30 min foam/mob stuff…
planks, side bridges, push up plank, hypers, pullaparts,
more stretch/mob.
boring but beneficial
Peace

Just checked out Lift-Run-Bang and I think it’s great. I think I’m going to try and achieve all of the constitutes strength goals within 2 years. Maybe by the time I’m 45 I will be strong enough to say I am strong.[/quote]
GV- I looked at the goals a while back and they still make laugh…so far over my skis…good luck to you, hope you make it…that would awesome!
OP- No that made me laugh …I’m sure we all have gym stories like that.

I posted this in my old log but than realzied it is now locked up so I thought I would copy the post and start the new log.
Day 1 OG vs. 2,3,5
Squats 2x2,3,5 x225 much improved from the past.
BP 2x2,3,5x235 good weight to start with looking to make this move in this cycle. Shoulder a little annoyed but not bad…Biofreeze and Buds should take care of that.
RDL 3x8x135 did these very light my hammies were very tight so I was looking more for a stretch.
Hammie curls 3x8x65 light and easy supersetted with HS calf raises 3x12x90
1 down 13 to go

Joe hamstrings and knees are two body parts I have never injured…ankles, wrists, shoulders, hip, back you name it I damaged it either playing sports, lifting or accidents…so I am hoping to keep my hammies and knees the way they were given to me! Thanks for stopping in.
I like me some C&P. Working them in as well for lot’s o reasons.
Nice work!
I’m hoping some bio-engineer will invent bionic hamstrings, knees, and all joints so we can just lift and be happy.
GV- ill be dust in the wind before that happens!

Strong work, OG, enjoy the brews and football!
Nice pause squatting and rack pulls. Football is much deserved.
Thanks Jack and GV…man o man I am sore from my ankles to the top of my traps from yesterday…today is an off day from lifting so tonight it’s foam and lacrosse ball.
That was the end of a Pause Squat cycle using Carter’s template so next week it’s 1RM test of regular squat; should be interesting.
Have a great week,
Peace
