From what I’ve read a pound a week should be relatively easy, so I think 15 lbs would probably be possible. I’ve never been in the position that I’ve had to, or been able to, lose 30 lbs tho so my opinion doesn’t have much ground to stand on. Why are you trying to lose 30 lbs tho? Aesthetic purposes or trying to get into range to hit 242 w/ a 24 hour weigh in?

2 football seasons ago i was chillin at 230 after a 40 pound cut, since then have rocketed up to about 3 bills (30 pound pr) and i just wanna recover some of my look…plus my deadlift normally goes up 25-50 pounds with a cut because during a bulk my abnormally large gut gets in the way, so i wanna try that, plus theres a meet in November i wanna get at 275 for
