Everyday Is Upper Body Day

I can’t remember exact details, but there’s a story behind the first picture. I think the guy was in the military and lost one or both of his legs, and that picture is a Halloween costume or joke of some sort. It’s not the first time someone has posted it on this site as part of the exact same train of ‘lol people don’t train legs’ pictures.[/quote]

If it’s a joke, it is an awesome one. I would do the exact same thing.

Yer? What is “Yer”?

The thing that bugs me about the gys that only do upper body is when they don’t even do anything right.

Y’know the ones…doing curls with their elbows already at 90 degrees and then just using their front delts to move the bar 10 inches.

Imagine thousands of years from now archaeologists might dig up the bones of these dudes, they would assume they walked on their hands.

Every day day is ‘stand knee deep in water and slouch’ day.

These dudes are even positioning themselves optimally for fossilization

We need that pic of Hugh Jackman and his trainer for the latest Wolverine movie.
