I weighed myself this morning at 90.8 kilos.
This was without food or drink for 13 hours previous.
I am on target to weigh in under 93 kilos in 19 days at my competition.

Overall Bench Sets moved alright and I reduced the other volume.
Iām also thinking of renaming my Log to something like āRoad to 2,3,4 Platesā on the main lifts as Iāve got the 1 plate Press. Iāll keep the Youth one until I do my competition anyway, which is in 15 days.

Left out supplementary and assistance as was feeling shitty and tired and didnāt want to over do it as this is my last proper deadlift day before my competition on the 12th.
Good news, however, my dog went for a blood test to check if her hormones are right for breeding so I could have some more puppies on the way.
