Good News Everyone (Just me)
I weighed myself this morning at 90.8 kilos.
This was without food or drink for 13 hours previous.
I am on target to weigh in under 93 kilos in 19 days at my competition.

Overall Bench Sets moved alright and I reduced the other volume.
I’m also thinking of renaming my Log to something like ā€œRoad to 2,3,4 Platesā€ on the main lifts as I’ve got the 1 plate Press. I’ll keep the Youth one until I do my competition anyway, which is in 15 days.

Also random note:
I’ve read 43 thousand posts the past 3 months while the Forum Director has read 45.9k posts.
This proves I do not have much to do.
Sort of proud that I have the second most posts read. Oh well.

Left out supplementary and assistance as was feeling shitty and tired and didn’t want to over do it as this is my last proper deadlift day before my competition on the 12th.

Good news, however, my dog went for a blood test to check if her hormones are right for breeding so I could have some more puppies on the way.

Tip: Fire Up the Lats to Deadlift Better chech this out man!

My upper back is never tight enough on sumo Deadlifts so the bar feels to far out in front.
