HA, any job that allows a Bowie style Blade at work is a damn good Job. If not for the steel handle I thought it was a Kabar.

I’m quite fond of my machetes. [/quote]
My boss used to represent HOAs in southern Florida. He had one HOA that was run by a bunch of Haitian immigrants. They all used to bond by comparing the guns they’d brought to the board meeting, before getting down to business.
There was a problem with a board member, and the HOA voted him out. He didn’t take kindly to this, and blamed by boss for the recall.
As my boss was walking out of the recall meeting, he went through a parking lot with another board member. Boss hears shoes slapping behind him, knows it’s the angry former board member. The current board member grabs boss’s arm and says, “Don’t turn around.”
Boss is freaked, wants to turn around. “Don’t you dare turn around.” Footsteps are getting closer…closer. Finally, boss chickens out, turns, and the former board member is 10 feet behind him, running, machete held high.
Boss pulls out his gun. Former board member drops the machete and leaves.
Six months later, boss gets a bar complaint lodged against him, for attempting to murder former board member with a machete. It was lodged by former board member. LOL. Same facts, just the parties were somehow switched.
This is one of the many reasons I love the work I do.
