Yea I was not referring to the diet thing for sure. I have been dieting for a while now, I have no choice.

I go on a cruise the week after Christmas, so lets say week of Dec 18-24th?
If I stay on this diet for another month, I’ll end up slitting my wrists…

what’re your goals for the DL? just keep outdoing each other?
My ultimate goal someday is to pull 500 again like I did in my 20’s. However with all the dieting and change in my program to try to achieve more athletic abilities, high rep DL’s will be a good challenge.

Not to derail this thread if even possible.

Dday had linked a pod cast from Dave Tate talking with Dr. Lowry and someone else. What struck me when Dave was talking about Hypertrophy was the amount of reps vs sets someone had to do to start putting on real size. The guy with the biggest Squat doesnt have the biggest thighs. However a guy cant do 135 pounds on squat and a thousand reps, he is not going to have huge legs either.
So he was discussing about the fact there is that happy medium of enough weight and enough reps that cause the biggest gains.
So got me thinking working up to 315 for 5 sets of 10 on DL and then hopefully Squat will put some decent size on my legs.

It’s mostly the spell Hallowed has cast on me preparing me for battle in Colorado.

…edgy, that’s exactly what it does. My carbs and mostly rice and oats, I’m not sitting around eating m&ms, but I am I’m the 500 range today.

I need Indigo-3G :frowning:

I started eating ‘gluten free’ around March, and with me just eating oatmeal and brown rice, my weight shot up 10lbs, easy…

you think the Hallowed would put a spell on me too? or would I have to shag her first…

Let us know what you come up with!

I am somewhat insulin resistant and have diabetes on both sides of the family. If indigo 3-G works for long after the user stops taking it, I will definitely invest; however, if the effects stop when the user is no longer taking the supplement, I don’t think it will be worth the cost.
