yay Suzy!
suzie is happeh.
whats the expectation? weight loss, lean mass gain, strength, girth…
my main goal is to get leaner, if it adds muscle at the same time thats a bonus, but from what i read and what hipscar told me it does both.
That’s the beauty of Indigo-3G, You don’t have to decide between being big or ripped, you will get both. Your weight will roller coaster the first couple of weeks…body fat goes first, then with the added carbs BF continue to drop as muscle increases. My carbs are approaching 600 per day right now.

Yes but we have a goal now, so we going to say by the end of the year? Do we do the video proof?
goal?
I’ve already lost sufficient BF in the last 4 weeks, dropped 5lbs overall, but more than that in BF, but would like to lose another 10, this would allow the abs to be fully visible.
that will end the diet phase, and at 10 more lbs, that would be an accomplishment, ya’know? if I can get to that, then fuck this diet shit, and start living again~
My agreement with you is to compete in DL sets/reps. I am so down with that…makes it more interesting, kinda like having a training partner, but not really~

Yea I was not referring to the diet thing for sure. I have been dieting for a while now, I have no choice.
I go on a cruise the week after Christmas, so lets say week of Dec 18-24th?

If I stay on this diet for another month, I’ll end up slitting my wrists…
what’re your goals for the DL? just keep outdoing each other?
My ultimate goal someday is to pull 500 again like I did in my 20’s. However with all the dieting and change in my program to try to achieve more athletic abilities, high rep DL’s will be a good challenge.
Not to derail this thread if even possible.
Dday had linked a pod cast from Dave Tate talking with Dr. Lowry and someone else. What struck me when Dave was talking about Hypertrophy was the amount of reps vs sets someone had to do to start putting on real size. The guy with the biggest Squat doesnt have the biggest thighs. However a guy cant do 135 pounds on squat and a thousand reps, he is not going to have huge legs either.
So he was discussing about the fact there is that happy medium of enough weight and enough reps that cause the biggest gains.
So got me thinking working up to 315 for 5 sets of 10 on DL and then hopefully Squat will put some decent size on my legs.
