at the gym today doing MP and all of a sudden it felt like my stomach exploded and all of the water id drank was leaking into my abdomen, everything got really really cold inside and it almost crippled me, caught the weight racked it, and went to one knee. weirdest feeling in the world.
didnt go into shock so im gonna chalk this one up to oddities that happen to people at strange times. [/quote]
Acute sudden opening of the pyloric valve, in your case, emptying the full content of your stomach into the lower intestine. Most likely caused by intense peristalic contractions in the antrum due to stomach pressure/weight lifting /volume of water if I had to guess.

I float delicately between the executive management side of healthcare and clinical and analytical application of said diagnoses.
In your case I happened to be in front of a real computer and shoot your quip over to my chief medical officer who, like me, is always checking his email. So there you go. If it happens again you may or may not have a conditiom called gastroparesis I think he said, nothing to really worry about unless you are diabetic.

you just keep getting more awesome in my book lol. thanks for doing that, honestly.
to be truthful i was sitting here hoping i wouldnt go in to septic shock in the middle of the night lol. i do realize that if something really did rupture shock would be much more immediate given the circumstances of worst case scenario. but your heads always playing games on you. Not diabetic and its the first time its happened, lets call it coincidental timing.
