at the gym today doing MP and all of a sudden it felt like my stomach exploded and all of the water id drank was leaking into my abdomen, everything got really really cold inside and it almost crippled me, caught the weight racked it, and went to one knee. weirdest feeling in the world.
didnt go into shock so im gonna chalk this one up to oddities that happen to people at strange times.

Acute sudden opening of the pyloric valve, in your case, emptying the full content of your stomach into the lower intestine. Most likely caused by intense peristalic contractions in the antrum due to stomach pressure/weight lifting /volume of water if I had to guess.
