That is why I just tell everyone I dont like sweets and never let them see me ever eat sweets. I also dip snuff and drink coffee and I dont spit that way I dont get cravings.

Why not keep sugar-free candies/chocolates around for this purpose or sugar-free pudding?

spitting out a brownie is weird and yes, disgusting.
either avoid it, and make the decision to not eat, or eat the brownie, and another and another until your craving is satisfied.
Life is all about excess, either in denial of pleasure or losing yourself in pleasure.
and brownies are indeed pleasurable.
