Not this week, but I feel you. Hell what I have been doing with the wife is killer shit. Running in between sets, box jumps and bear crawling its like I am a high school lineman again.

First year at the new office up here my staff all bought me a cake for my birthday. I was nice told them all thank you and made sure everyone had a piece of cake. I never ate any, somebody picked up on it and I told them I dont like cake and I eat healthy.
