I’m focussing on cardio, and just maintaining my lifts until the Sun Run on May 9. The reason I’m telling you guys this is because I just burnt off 500 cals while rowing. That’s not the important part. The important part is that I am now going to sit down and have a 160ish cal homebrewed imperial stout. It’s a hint liqourichey but DAMN its perfect. I’d take pics, but my wife has the camera, and by the time I finish typing this, the beer will be probably be gone anyways.
I think I’m going to be brewing up Scottish ale next. mmm, mmm, malty goodness.

EVERYONE in my home town brews something for themselves, whether it’s wine beer of moonshine it seems like there’s a stash of booze in every house.
One time when I was 14 my friend had a party and stole some moonshine from his uncle. Long story short I got the ‘white lightning’ went blind and my friends had to call my mom to take me home because I was incoherently rolling on the grass in my own vomit. I woke up at my house 6 hours later.

Yeah, I have proudly worked out three days in a row…tomorrow will be number 4…despite the pain, I have no idea why I stopped, I feel so good afterwards. I’m such a moron sometimes. Though I can’t wait to get into a real gym and maybe try those things called squats and deadlifts. I hear they work wonders…

Once you get here, you’ll be within walking distance of a “real” gym, along with living with someone who be on your ass, making sure you work on those squats and deadlifts. Not to mention eating enough of the right foods.
