Damn, this thread explodes if you don’t check it every day. Worm, seems we have the same birth date, just a year apart, I turned 21 yesterday. Happy (belated) bday to you and happy easter to everyone else.

Btw, picking up the topic of cheatmeals again, I assume most of us had some the last few days. Like beans, I can stay fairly lean without counting calories or macros, and the occasional or even frequent cheat, especially if I work hard.
