We seem to have skipped it, it’s cold.
WE need cold fast, we have had a explosion of mosquitoes from some recent rain.

Walking from the car to the house, you can actually feel them bounce off of you.

Sucks balls.
Tomorrow a cold front is supposed to blow them out to sea.

This is what we woke up to this morning! Snapped this from the cell as we were heading off to school…It’s not the weekend, it’s not Halloween, but we still got TP’d…I have to commend the offenders for having the stealth to avoid detection, but they really didn’t get us too bad! My daughter and I will out for revenge this weekend! I’m sorry this is stupid but for some reason this game never gets old to us and the people in our neighborhood!

Houses make up for the natives! hahahaha ( i’m one)

Hallowed sighting and I did not see…oh my that’s the makings of a sad country song right there!

Thanks for the comment Edgy, I’ve dealing with the terminally ill mother-in-law…she has no surving relatives and her daughter/wife is only child…taking a lot of time with issues.

Now back to TK…and Dasher…we used to have an annual GOAT roast, spit roasted goat, bonfire, booze, hay ride…goat was great and the event was extremely enjoyable…

I think my mom gets an entire hour of air time dedicated to her shenanigans.

so no ideas what that move is called that I mentioned?
plate presses maybe?? I dunno.

Also, you all do “bodybuilder,” style incline bench with wider grip/elbows flared…or closer/tucked?

I ‘feel,’ my pecs more with the bb’er style.

Wide. And try doing flys first. See how you feel them then!

Nope, maybe we’ll call it the Mimsy from now on?

I know what you’re talking about but not sure what they call it. I do incline bench with about the same width grip I bench with, feel the upper pecs a lot, especially the first foot or so off my chest.

all the way down or stop just short? lockout or no?

HG- I DO!!! I do a whole cable complex thingy first…pretty sweet.

Arthur Jones would be proud! And all the way down. I like taking the bar to my clavicle for inclines.

< ----------------- doesn’t do inclines. but when I bench it is BB style, all the way down, close but no lockout at top.

keep the tension on the pecs, and profit~

bigger pectacles!

Until I feel my pecs stretch. If you lay on the bench and let your elbows hang down loosely (positioned as if you had a bar in your hands), see how far they naturally far down before you have to exert any force to get them lower (i.e., just let them hang). I take the bar only slightly below that.

But that’s just me. Experiment with whatever gets you closest to your goals (in your case that probably means find the right depth to stretch your pecs at the bottom, and focus on squeezing your pecs like a DB fly to start bar moving upwards… contract the pecs and the elbows will press upwards on their own!).

<----------------- doesn’t do inclines. but when I bench it is PL style, all the way down, pause and lockout each rep, low rep sets.

keep the awesome on the awesome, and be awesome.

I don’t bring it to my neck though… slightly above my nips. Would need a wider grip to do that, methinks
