Maybe one of you will know what this is called. You hold a 5lb plate in front of your chest, fingers pointed straight out, elbows paralell to the floor. You push the plate straight out for a max number of reps and it hits top pecs pretty good!
Not sure if that made any sense. Saw it in an Indigo bootcamp vid…and I’ve been doing that in between sets of compound chest stuff. Good mind/muscle connection.

Omo—I grew up on a goat farm. Goat was our primary meat source. We also drank goat milk. I was really weirded out when I started spending the night at friends house and they were drinking cow milk. Now I hate milk.
