Funny thing about the rotator cuff vid… The last one he shows with the band? The clinic I’m doing my current rotation at is all women, and all about 5’5 (I’m 6’2). So my first day, they show me this exercise because I didn’t quite catch the name they called it… I asked again, my patient busted out laughing and said “They’re called ‘Flashers’, I think it’s pretty obvious why!”
Twas funny. And the patient was an 80 yr old woman. Hilarity ensued.
