You visit them at their job(Wendy’s, McDonald’s, etc,), you order a salad with vinegar, and when they bring you your food, you let them know how great your life has been, and compliment on how skinny they are.

Its still kind of comical, but in a different way. Soooo much irony. I hope the guys that are living to point fingers and call names on the internet take a reallllly hard look in the mirror some day. It’s one big hospital now. They closed down the old Walter Reed hospital and Bethesda is now Walter Reed. That’s not confusing.
I’m on the fence about it. What is going to make these Dr’s any different? It’s like they are all taught to think/act/say the same things.
Maybe I should present my ‘case’ in a factual/science-y manner. Show up with pie charts and spreadsheets.

I’m not really strong enough for impressive dl/squat/bench but I was thinking of trying to see how many reps I can get out of old 1RMs.
