This and I MUST, MUST do Rotator cuff exercises before I bench, military press or play with the medicine balls. I don’t really warm up much on bench other than the Rotator cuff stuff I do.

At my age and the fact I roll on my side when I sleep and I’m as tall as I am wide I have always had shoulder issues. This takes away the pain or at least for me it does.

What’s your warm up? Do you have a log?

I really just want to be proficient at pullups and pushups and it’s killing my shoulders.

No log, I’ve started and stop I’m just to sporatic to keep a ongoing log and that needs to change. I can do it on post-its and note pads but not electronic.

The best way to say what I do is mainly this video. I never go beyone 10 pounds I do 3 sets each. Before I do anything that puts stress on my shoulders. My shoulders have taken a beating thru the years mostly from bad technique and rush to press. For 10yrs a warm up set was just the 135lbs for 10 and right into it. Now I do cuff excersises then hahahah jump right into it. But its smoother for me than the normal warm ups. I don’t really use bands except for the pull aparts I like the plates. But thats just me.
