I sled dragged 180lbs this evening 16 times across the gym (4x4). I am sore in new places.

Anybody have cool plans for the weekend?
You did this at the powerlifting gym?

I wonder if I can get away with things like this at Gold’s
yup and it was good. They had the sled set up for me and everything. They had 3 plates on it but she just looked at me and said I could do 4. I beamed like a kid getting a star sticker on a spelling test.
See, THAT’S a compliment, not being called a princess ;D

See you there, HO! HO! HO!

Just kidding, really…just kidding. I hate this Holiday Season. Just call me Ebenezer Scrooge.
Hi scrooge!

I can pull together a little seasonal cheer with the help of all kinds of booze
Okay, but I have to warn you: I’m on a three drink regime this time of year.

Just a lot of shit about this season pisses me off.

Deb, today was awesome! So nice and relaxed! There were about 40-50 people there! Didn’t expect to see so many, but it kind of made sense since all three baccarat classes had CPR training today and needed to make up for Thanksgiving. Since we had to be there for an hour anyway, what’s another 5? People came in early, went to CPR, then came back and finished their 5 hours. We got to work on whatever we needed to and had lots of one-on-one instruction.
Sounds awesome.

Where are you a dealer at?

It was, Deb!!!

Someone…please, stop me! I’m searching for people to friend on FB…

I know. I just boil it down to a few key things I enjoy. cards to the family that lives far away and we won’t see during the holidays. A few gifts for the 3 neices. Supper with the family. Vacation time spent lolling about in jammies playing PC games, eating popcorn and drinking hot chocolate.

Yeah I have to get my Nana time in early cuz they are moving to Germany this month. Byu, why did you give your 2 week notice at work? Moving? Taking time off?
Moving to utah. I drive up with my mom dec. 27th. Fun times!

11pm. starting to feel the sleepies. I’m going to chow down on some hazelnut butter and hit the sac.

Exactly

On another note I just wrapped up my wrists and did fat gripz pressing just to test it with my kettlebell, and it was pretty cool. I felt dumb wrapping my wrists for a 25 lb kettlebell, but it was just a test.

now watching Mystery Science Theater 3000: Laserblast. Hilarious stuff.
