I sled dragged 180lbs this evening 16 times across the gym (4x4). I am sore in new places.
Anybody have cool plans for the weekend?
I am doing Nana duty this weekend with 6 year old Lina. We are making Christmas cookies and going to the outdoors carousel in downtown Seattle and seeing Santa at Nordstroms.

yup and it was good. They had the sled set up for me and everything. They had 3 plates on it but she just looked at me and said I could do 4. I beamed like a kid getting a star sticker on a spelling test.
Deb, today was awesome! So nice and relaxed! There were about 40-50 people there! Didn’t expect to see so many, but it kind of made sense since all three baccarat classes had CPR training today and needed to make up for Thanksgiving. Since we had to be there for an hour anyway, what’s another 5? People came in early, went to CPR, then came back and finished their 5 hours. We got to work on whatever we needed to and had lots of one-on-one instruction.
