Hey Nikki, what are you up to today?

Good day so far. My bf finally updated my iPod so I was able to listen to good music during my workout this morning. I hate the radio sometimes, I have no control :slight_smile:

Maybe do some pull-throughs too.

I’m up 2lbs from yesterday. I didn’t change my eating at all, and drank around 2 gallons. Tee hee.

I did pull throughs yesterday. Apparently my present program is designed for strong back and walnut crackin’ glutes. I like it.

I should definetely be doing pull-throughs b/c of my back. Maybe next time.

I can see the application for that. Still…I’m always worried about where that cable ends up.
Conrgats on gaining 2lbs, even if it was from just water.

The 2 lbs wasn’t particularly wanted, I just wish I would stay steady and know where I will be without having to worry! It’s just that kind of swing that makes me nervous.

oh…well then in that case…not congratulations? DB swings should work. Be nice if I had some kettle bells but thems the breaks. At least I have a squat rack, kerly is going to a gym right now without a squat rack. Damn that must suck.

Pull throughs are a good exercise, but unless your cable stack is insanely heavy you’d have to go for really high reps.
