I think my shoulders are big enough. I just need to lose more upper arm flab and get more of an X going on. I’m not a dude obviously, but for a girl not trying to be a pro bb’er or as hyooge as possible, I’m wondering how I’m supposed to know when to stop growing my shoulders, haha…

Pretty good, over in the BOI beans tried to people’s elbow a coworker and instead people’s foreheaded him, and that made me happy. I’m about to go deadlift which also makes me happy, after which I will go push a car around and then have my refeed. All around good day.
