yeah the activity on the weekends is minimal so probably will last.
I have only been to Windsor. Living here I plan on going to Victoria, BC. I hear it’s gorgeous. I never gave Canada much thought but all of the Canucks on this site have changed my mind. I hope Canuck is not a bad reference.

Is it the name of a sports team? I’m from Michigan and yes, I just figured it out. Hockey is HUGE in Michigan. Canucks are a team. Whew.

lol sounds like a funny pup. Like is great on account I just finished week 9 of The Rep Increase Program. Next week I retest for a 1RM for the first time in over 2 months. I’ve had to deal with people telling me that I dont know what I’m doing and I should workout ‘the right way’ and laughing at my dream of a 300+lb bench. So next week I’m going to shut all of them up with a wicked new PR (before my program I was at 285).
I think the key to my success is not being on my phone
but if ur posting here then that cancels it out I guess.

YAY-YEAH! Bench press is the one lift I have the most trouble on. I feel like with squat and especially deads that I can just compensate for one weak spot by using other muscles. I just power my way into new PRs. With bench on the other hand I either have it or I dont. Simple as that. If I have it it goes up, if I dont it hits my chest and stays there.
Now I’m off too bed. Nappy time.
