My trainer just emailed that he is cancelling the group class tonight and since May has an extra Monday in it, we’ll make it up then. I wrote back and said, Memorial Day? Is the gym open late that day? That boy and his cancellations. Ugh.
I always pop up and can be ready to train at the drop of a dime.

I just did some DB swings and box jumps. Red bulls tastes gross when you puke it up in your mouth. 1 arm DB swings, surprisingly hard.
When you’re benching, what’s your head supposed to do? What’d you look at? Assuming I don’t have a spotter with loose shorts on ![]()

Hungry – he cancels enough that I always think if I missed that much time from work I’d have been fired. It just irritates me. I’m on a deload week and have my last session for this segment tomorrow so an assessment on Saturday. So, instead of squatting I think I’ll just pull out one of my complexes and go over and do that instead.
