Last night scale weight 200 even, this was right after I ate a 1lb chicken breast, 2 cups of cooked rice and a bag of frozen mixed vegetables (stir fry). This morning I ate two breakfast sandwiches. English muffins, slice of cheese, breakfast sausage round, 2 scrambled eggs microwaved in a cup to make a scrambled egg disc and some honey mustard sauce. Tastilishious!
I got back on the horse this week, Monday squats, wed bench, fri deads. Today will be OHP and chins. I’m so weak it’s not even funny, but I feel good so hopefully it comes back quick. Also going to try to get some plyometrics on the strength shoes tomorrow. Volleyball league this summer and all.
