I’m at 150 and shooting for 130. Based on your height and weight I think my goal might be just right.

Are Biotest products really worth it? I’ve used Beverly Int’l and like them okay. The chocolate protein is not so good, but the french vanilla is awesome.

I tried sample pacs at GNC before I talked to my trainer about this. He uses Biotest and I like it for 2 reasons: the flavors are spectacular and the quality is unsurpassed.

I really like Surge Workout Fuel, and HOT-ROX is a perfect office stimulant because it picks you up, but isn’t too intense. And there is little to no crash.
No, sorry. I tried samples of other inferior products. Then I talked to my trainer and he recommended Biotest. Been using it ever since.
